Just a brief note to let you know how pleased we were with the rubbish removal service we received from your company yesterday.
Your two employees, Dave and Ben, were excellent – they arrived on time, worked cheerfully and helpfully and carefully. What surprised me was that it was so much simpler, and probably cheaper, than ordering a skip.
We had about five cubic metres of quite heavy and bulky items removed in less than an hour.
All the messy and heavy lifting and removal – some of which was from inside the house – was carefully and efficiently completed by Dave and Ben.
Even better, there was none of the hassle of having a skip cluttering the drive for several days.

I should also mention how helpful you were, Ali, during my initial phone discussion and how convenient it was that you could organise a pick up virtually the next day.
