- Sit back and relax: 20-30 minutes before they arrive, our friendly team will give you a call to notify you that they’re on their way. They’ll confirm all costs upfront before any loading begins. All you’ll need to do is put your feet up.
- Share the love: After we’ve loaded your rubbish onto the truck, we’ll do a thorough sweep-up of the area. We’ll dispose of the rubbish compliantly and recycle as much as possible. Our only ask from you here is to give us a little love when we follow-up later with a call!

Can you take mattresses?
Absolutely! Note however that the cost is based on the volume plus a $44 surcharge.
Can you remove electronic waste?
Yes! We’ll do this either as a normal rubbish removal or through our sister company – 1800Ewaste.
Can you remove more than 1 truckload?
We sure can! The truck can make return trips to the tip and back OR we can offer more than 1 truck.
How long will the rubbish removal take?
This will depend on volume and access but on average, we manage 10 min per cubic metre!
How far in advance do I need to book?
We always ask for 1-2 days notice.
Do I need to be home for the collection?
Not at all! If the waste is accessible, we can take payments over the phone so you don’t have to be home.
Are there any restrictions on what you can’t take?
Due to safety, we are unable to take asbestos or chemicals. We can however take paint.
